England has around 5.8 million flats, most managed by small independent firms on decades-old systems, while residents pay over £200 a month in service charges and often wait weeks for a simple answer. Supa takes the admin off property managers’ desks so they can focus on residents and buildings, and every firm it acquires adds data and operating know-how that improves the service for every building already on the platform.
