London

Oliver brings a strong founder-first perspective to early-stage investing, having co-founded two venture-backed startups: an enterprise middleware provider built on a commercial open-source model and a digital media roll-up. Before joining OpenOcean, Oliver spent two years at PXN Group (formerly Par Equity), where he originated and led Seed and Series A investments across deeptech and B2B software. He also gained experience at a single-family office, developing innovation frameworks that connected venture portfolios with major industrial holdings. Oliver holds a BA in History (Ancient and Modern) from the University of Oxford, where he was also a choral scholar. He is particularly interested in the transformative potential of AI across legacy European industries.
