Lisa has played a crucial role in setting up Top Tier, including its operations in Europe, to support the growth of global category leaders from the region. Lisa splits her time between the US, UK and Europe, working on venture capital projects and other initiatives close to her heart - especially helping to increase diversity in the VC ecosystem.
