Taneli started his journey in venture capital back in 2018 when he joined OpenOcean's finance team. Today as Finance Director, Taneli is responsible for OpenOcean's financial management, compliance and ESG matters. Taneli holds a master’s degree in accounting from Aalto University School of Business and has previously worked as a management consultant at KPMG. In his free time, Taneli enjoys outdoor sports, including (but not limited to) climbing, free skiing, hiking, cycling and scuba diving.
